I can see the niche for which you are aiming Patricia, combine a holiday with life skills coaching. It's quite hard to decided on a price, do you know of anything similar and what they charge.

I'd look at this way:
1 How much would I expect to pay for 6 nights accommodation and full board (which partly depends on whether it's a single room or based on 2 sharing) and if it includes drinks, the standard and location of accommodation? Not sure about what you mean by social visits, but that might increase cost eg if transport required.
Perhaps £60 a night so that's £360

2 How much would I expect to pay for a 2 and a half day course on life skills.
I can't answer that as I've never been on that sort of course, suppose it would depend on length of session, qualifications, experience of tutor, number of participants, it there was any one to one time?

3 How much would it cost for me to get to Dublin?
I reckon it would be under £100 either by sail rail or low cost airline.

You really have to look at what other "experience" holiday charge and compare what you offer and come up with a unique selling point.
